Dispense using a concealer brush or cosmetic sponge or clean fingertips (for the self-applicator)
Apply to the entire eye from lash line to brow
Blend by patting until the primer phases from a cream consistency to a light-powdery feel. Pay extra attention to blending this white eye primer as it takes more time to blend into the skin tone (as compared to colored eye primers).
